Big Bass Entry (included in registration fee):
  • 1st big bass: $2,000.
  • *Second big bass: $1,000. (Must be caught by a different team from the first place big bass team)
Smallest Limit Entry (included in registration fee):
  • The team with the smallest total weight of 5 bass brought in for weigh-in will win $225.
Tournament Raffle Entry (included in registration fee):
  • Each angler will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win $500 at the end of the event. (Must be present to win)
Boat Order, Staging, and Weigh-In:

Check-in kicks off roughly around 5:00 AMYour boat number will be determined by the order in which you arrive to check in. We will provide you with a fish float that will have your boat number written on it. Contact Wayne Colbert at 407-202-5002 if you're making a cross-lake journey.

  • Boats 1-25 should anchor to the left outside of the sign, past the grass line, past the pontoon boat.
  • Boats 26-50 should anchor to the right outside of the sign, past the grass line, past the pontoon boat.
  • Boats 51-75 should anchor to the inside left.
  • Boats 76-100 should anchor to the inside right.
Weigh-In:

Once you've reeled in your big catch, it's time to head back to the pontoon boat for the official weigh-in. Checking in at the pontoon boat marks the official check-in time. There will be a designated bag line next to the cleaning tables at the boat ramp. High school anglers will assist by carrying the bags with your fish. You must have the white fish float with you and your fish at the holding tank. Please note that teams will incur a deduction of 1 lb. for each minute late, with disqualification occurring after 15 minutes. Weigh-in flights will arrive every 20 minutes according to the following schedule:

  • Boats 1-25 weigh in time is 2:00
  • Boats 26-50 weigh in time is 2:20
  • Boats 51-75 weigh in time is 2:40
  • Boats 76-100 weigh in at 3:00
  • Boats 101-120 weigh in at 3:20

  • Meal ticket for each angler, these tickets are white
  • $1 raffle tickets are blue, one for each angler
  • $10 raffle tickets are orange, one for each angler
  • $500 raffle tickets are green for anglers only, one for each angler (must be present to win)

Fish Limits/Penalties:

We take conservation seriously, so please handle your catches with care and adhere to the rules regarding fish limits and penalties. Let's keep those live wells thriving and those penalties at bay!

  • No culling of dead fish.
  • Dead fish penalty will be 1 lb. per dead fish, including big fish.
  • There must never be any more fish in live wells than a legal limit of five (5) at one time.
  • Additionally, all bass must meet the minimum length requirement of 12 inches.
Permitted Fishing Areas:

Teams can lock through 60 and fish anywhere that is legal on the Kissimmee chain.

Liability Release & Photo Release:

By participating in the tournament, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved and release the organizers and sponsors from liability. Additionally, you consent to the use of your photographs or video tapes for commercial purposes.

Tournament Rules, Registration, Photo & Liability Agreement

  1. ​All rules are said and written to allow for a fair field. It is important that all participants read and understand. All Federal, State and local laws supersede. The rules will be enforced.
  2. Eligibility: Boat operator must be at least 19 years of age. Parent’s signature required for any minor fishing the event. Entry form must be filled out completely and signed by both participants.
  3. Insurance: All boats must have a mandatory minimum of $100,000 liability insurance. This is the user/owner responsibility. Anglers must be able to provide proof of insurance.
  4. Entry: Tournament entry fee is $225 online, $300 day of tournament. Entry fee is due by Midnight, May 6, 2026. Registration is available online for an additional processing fee.
  5. Fish limits/penalty: All anglers must use care in handling and keeping fish alive for release after weigh-in. All fish will be measured on golden rule. We recommend you check your board to ours. No culling at weigh-in. No culling of dead fish. Dead fish penalty will be 1 lb. per dead fish. Exemptions will be provided. There must never be any more fish in live wells than a legal limit of five (5) at one time. Fish must be culled immediately.
  6. Boat operation: It is each angler’s responsibility to operate the boat always in a safe manner. A Coast Guard Approved vest must be worn at all times while the boat motor is on. Safety lanyard must be hooked to kill switch when outboard is running.
  7. Sportsmanship: It is imperative that anglers always carry themselves in a professional manner and respect other anglers as well as non-tournament anglers. No team may fish within 50 yards of another competitor who is anchored with the trolling motor up. No team may fish within 25 yards of another team without the other teams’ permission. No hole sitting by a non-competitor or by another competitor, to aid a team. All Teams are required to abide by State and Federal Laws. Any protest may be subject to disqualification.
  8. Boat/Horsepower regulations: Each boat must have all required U.S. Coast Guard safety equipment and properly operating live well systems. Live wells will be checked before launch. All boats must have a kill switch. All boats must have a U.S. Coast Guard plate. Motor horsepower will not exceed manufacturer recommendations.
  9. Tackle and equipment: Only artificial lures are permitted. There is no trolling. Only one rod is allowed per angler at a time. All fish must be caught on primary rod in use. There are not to be any additional rods or baits in the water while fishing. Only one lure at a time. NO multi-lure rigs. All bedding fish must be caught in the mouth. No snagging! Fish will be inspected.
  10. Permitted fishing areas: Anglers may never leave their boats unless in an emergency situation. Anglers may not leave boat to gain an angling advantage. (e.g. push boat over sandbar). There will be no angling outside of the boat. NO fishing in any off limits location from government or director. No fishing within 50 yards of an anchored boat (traditional or poles). Tournament waters will include Lake Toho, Cypress, Hatchineha, Kissimmee and Kissimmee River. There are no off-limits unless director notifies.
  11. Tournament Hours: Safe light until 2:00 pm, this may be adjusted by director. Each team will be assigned a boat number. Anglers will be deducted 1 lb. for each minute late. Anglers will be disqualified after 15 minutes late.
  12. Emergency Situations or Mechanical Failure: In the event of an emergency or mechanical breakdown, any angler may seek assistance from another tournament participant. However, it is imperative that the tournament director is promptly informed. Anglers must clearly mark or separate their caught fish before boarding the rescue boat. Fishing from the rescue boat is strictly prohibited.
  13. Polygraph Requirement: Winners of the Osceola Anglers Fundraising Tournament, including both participants from the top three teams and the winners of the big fish category, shall be subject to a polygraph examination.
  14. Protest Procedure: Any protest must be submitted in writing to the Tournament Director before the launch or during the weigh-in, along with a fee of $100. Protests lodged after the conclusion of the weigh-in, and thirty (30) minutes thereafter, or after prizes have been awarded, will be considered null and void. The protest fee will be refunded if the protest is upheld by the director. Failure to provide a written statement or deposit may result in the disqualification of the protester. The Tournament Board Members overseeing protests are Lamar Chisholm, Chad Johnson, Robert Soileau, and Kevin Heard.
  15. No baiting of any kind to include brush piles and grass lines.
  16. No fishing of personal brush piles that the angler placed or knows were put out illegally.
  17. Winners will be required to complete a W-9 Form prior to receiving checks.

  • I/We are voluntarily participating in the 2026 Osceola Anglers High School Fishing Club Inc. Fundraiser Fishing Tournament scheduled for Saturday, May 9, 2026.
  • I/We are aware that my/our participation in the tournament creates a risk of personal injury.
  • My/Our participation could cause loss or damage to personal property.
  • I/We expressly agree to assume all risks of personal injury / loss of personal property.
  • I/We hereby release and discharge Osceola Anglers High School Fishing Club Inc., all other co-sponsors, their officers, agents, and all other volunteer workers from injuries, damages or loss sustained, caused by negligence.
Photo Release
  • I/We are voluntarily participating in the 2026 Osceola Anglers High School Fishing Club Inc. Fundraiser Fishing Tournament scheduled for Saturday, May 9, 2026.
  • I/We understand and agree that my photograph or video tapes may be taken during the course of my/our participation by tournament organizers, sponsors or media. As a voluntary participant in this tournament, I/We agree that photographs or video tape taken may be used for commercial purposes by the organizers of this event , sponsors and news media without royalties or prior consent , unless specified in writing prior to the event.
