Dylan Singleton. Son, brother, friend. He will always be remembered for his smile and his ability to lift the spirits of those around him. We are all grateful for the time we had to know him and the amazing person that he was. Dylan may have come to us in a small package, but he definitely filled the room and our hearts with a larger than life attitude. A friend to all and a stranger to none. Forever in our hearts!

To honor Dylan Singleton's memory, his family and friends have established a scholarship in his name. Dylan’s love for fishing and the great outdoors, combined with his unwavering support for his community, will continue to inspire and provide opportunities for fellow anglers.
Scholarship Criteria:
Anglers should demonstrate a strong passion for fishing and the outdoors, similar to Dylan's enthusiasm. This can be showcased through personal experiences, involvement in fishing clubs, or participation in outdoor activities.
Preference will be given to students who have actively participated in community service, especially activities related to fishing or environmental conservation. Evidence of volunteer work or initiatives that benefit the community and promote environmental stewardship will be highly regarded.
Emphasis will be placed on applicants who exhibit a supportive and encouraging attitude toward their peers, reflecting Dylan’s character. Candidates should provide examples of how they have uplifted and motivated those around them, demonstrating a genuine spirit of camaraderie and friendship.
Consideration will be given to the financial need of the applicant. Candidates should outline their financial circumstances and explain how receiving this scholarship will support their educational and extracurricular activities related to fishing and the outdoors.
If chosen for the scholarship, your participation with Osceola Anglers and adherence to all club requirements will be mandatory.
His love for fishing and the outdoors
Dylan joined Osceola Anglers in 2017. His passion for fishing was evident from the start. Throughout the years he fished with his best friends, Tyson and Kade. Beyond fishing, Dylan volunteered alongside the rest of his club family to support the community through various events. Even after his time with the club, he always showed up to our tournaments to support his friends still fishing. In honor of Dylan, Osceola Anglers will be working closely with his family to create a scholarship in his name to be awarded to a deserving angler.
